WHS FFA competed at the District LDE competition. Their CCM placed one spot from moving on to state. Ashlee Henderson placed in 2nd in Prepared Speaking and Rylee Lemley placed 1st in Extemporaneous Speaking, they will both be moving on to the state competition in the spring. Congratulations! The WHS competition cheer squad racked up today at Jonesboro High School. -3A/4A Game Day Division- 1st Place - 1A-6A Best Band Chant -1A-6A Best Fight Song - GRAND CHAMPS (highest overall scoring team from 1A-6A Also showing support for an old cheer coach Mary Jo Clark! Great job ladies!!!
