The J.H. Choir received Superior ratings in both performance and sightreading. The S.H. Concert Choir, Ladies Choir, and Select Mixed Ensemble also received all Superior ratings in both performance and sightreading.

Westside volleyball was recently featured in The Jonesboro Sun’s “Best Under the Sun” sports section!
Senior Mattyx Cureton was named the Best Under the Sun Player of the Year after an outstanding season in which she recorded 1,087 assists, one of the highest single-season totals in the Arkansas Activities Association record book. She also added 70 service aces, 184 digs, and 50 kills.
Under first-year head coach Codie Zeigler, the Lady Warriors had an incredible season, winning conference and regional championships, finishing 28-5-2, and advancing to the 4A State Championship match.
Several Lady Warriors were also selected to the Best Under the Sun Team, including Vada Watkins, Kirby Conrad, and Macy Milner, highlighting the depth of talent on this year’s team.
Congratulations to Mattyx Cureton, Coach Zeigler, and the entire Lady Warriors volleyball team on a memorable season!

Students in grades 9–12 (including seniors graduating that year) may have the opportunity to travel to Europe in Summer 2028! This educational trip will allow students to explore historic cities, experience new cultures, and learn beyond the classroom through guided travel.

On Saturday, they brought home 1st place in Armed Regulation, 1st and 2nd place in Master Color Guard, and 3rd place in Unarmed Regulation. Brayden Bennett also earned 1st place in Individual Drill Down.

Congratulations to our Livestock Evaluation team for placing 2nd and our Milk Quality & Products team for placing 5th. Both teams have qualified for the State Contest in April.
