Westside Schools would like to remind families of two important dates coming up in October. Please mark your calendars and make plans accordingly.
Thursday, October 16th – EARLY DISMISSAL at 12:05 p.m.
Parent/Teacher Conferences will follow from 3:30–8:30 p.m.
Friday, October 17th – NO SCHOOL for students due to Teacher Professional Development (make-up day).
WMS – Monday, September 29th
WHS – Tuesday, September 30th
WES (K, 2nd & 4th Grades) – Wednesday, October 1st
WES (PreK, 1st & 3rd Grades) – Thursday, October 2nd
In order to stay as cool as possible tomorrow, all games will begin one hour earlier than originally scheduled to ensure the safety and comfort of our players and families.
Here is the revised game schedule:
5th Grade Game – Starts at 9:00 AM ➤ Players should arrive by 8:15 AM
3rd/4th Grade Game – Starts at 10:00 AM ➤ Players should arrive by 9:15 AM
6th Grade Game – Starts at 11:00 AM ➤ Players should arrive by 10:15 AM
⚠️ Work Schedule Update: All previously published work times (volunteer shifts, concession stand, etc.) are also moved one hour earlier. Please adjust accordingly and help spread the word to others who may be affected.
