NO SCHOOL! Westside Consolidated School District will be closed in observance of the Labor Day Holiday on Monday, September 4, 2023. School will resume on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.

It was a student vs. teacher game of human horse shoes in morning assembly at the middle school today. Congrats to the students who pulled out the win!
The Beginning Band Rental meeting with Shivelbine Music is scheduled for Tuesday, August 22 at 6:00PM. This meeting will take place in the middle school cafeteria and ALL parents with a new child in band need to attend this meeting.

Westside High School will be hosting an American Red Cross Blood Drive on Wednesday, September 6th from 8:30-2:30 in the library.

Learning how to work together in cooperative groups in important. These 5th graders were working together to complete a STEM activity.
As our students are learning about having empathy, we noticed these students and staff helping others with their lockers! Way to go, Warriors!
One of WMS’s goals for the first three days of school was for our students to get to know each other better. One of the ways our 5th grade students got to know each other a little better was a rock, paper, scissors tournament!
