Westside Consolidated School District will be closed Monday, March 21, 2022 through Friday, March 25, 2022 for spring break. School will resume on Monday, March 28, 2022.
On Friday, WES celebrated the accomplishments of the students that participated in the 2022 Great Reading Games competition! These students have worked very hard over the past 2 months! Congratulations to all of these wonderful readers! 📚

The Westside Consolidated School District will be releasing students 10 minutes early this afternoon in an effort to beat the oncoming weather. Again, all campuses will release 10 minutes earlier than normal.
In addition, we will be closing Warrior Aftercare this afternoon (Friday). These students will need to either ride their bus home or have someone come pick them up at dismissal. If needed, please contact your building principal to ensure your student has the correct travel instructions.

Mrs. Harvey and her kindergarten class enjoyed their time while in Seussville yesterday at WES. The elementary students have been participating in Read Across America with activities and fun dress up days.
Matilda, Jr., The Musical starts tomorrow! Performance dates are Thursday, March 3rd through Saturday, March 5th and show time is 7:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $5/adults and $3/students. All performances will be in the Westside Fine Arts Center. 😀🎭❤️

Warrior Events for February 28th - March 5!
Due to impending winter weather, Westside Consolidated will dismiss school today (Wednesday 2/23/22) starting at 1:15 at the Elementary. Middle School will be released at 1:20 and High School at 1:25. Please be safe on your commutes home and watch for communication about tomorrow on the normal channels (Facebook, Website, Text, KAIT8).

CVC will be hosting a Prom Pop-Up Shop & Bake Sale on Saturday, February 19, 2022 in the high school gym lobby from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Dress drop off will be Friday, February 18th from 5-8 p.m. in the gym lobby. There will be a $10 entry fee for your dress and 20% of your sale will benefit the Buy A Bed, Give A Bed Charity. The dress entry and sale is open to the public.
